HOW TO USE
HERBS
Most herbs can be used in cooking.
They can be burnt on charcoal disks on their own,
r mixed with other herbs and incense resins.
They can be used to enhance spellwork.
All of our herbs are Culinary, Medicinal or Pharmaceutical grades.
RESINS
Resins can be burnt on charcoal disks.
They can be burnt with other resins and herbs.
They can be used to enhance spellwork.
ESSENTIAL OILS
Essential oils can be used in a variety of ways.
In an oil burner, pour water in the dish till about 2/3 full.
Drop in 3 - 4 drops of essential oil.
Light the candle and place under the bowl.
Mix 2 - 3 drops with a little warm milk and place in your bath water.
Mix 9 - 10 drops with 100ml base oil (jojoba, wheatgerm, grapeseed etc)
to blend your own massage oil.
